Operator and purpose
PB Corporate Services Pty Ltd (ABN 48 607 308 832), trading as ASB Trailers, operates the ASB Trailers Interconnect App as a private integration for its own business. Enquiries: Info@asbtrailers.com.au or 2/11 Lancaster Street, Ingleburn NSW.
Permitted users
Only people authorised by ASB Trailers may use the integration. The app is not licensed for resale, public distribution or connecting unrelated businesses. Any use of third-party software remains subject to that provider’s applicable terms.
QuickBooks connection
An authorised QuickBooks company administrator must approve the OAuth connection. Users may access or change only records they are authorised to handle. The app’s connection permissions do not by themselves authorise every possible workflow or business action.
Workflow operation
ASB Trailers controls which workflows are enabled. Users must verify record mappings and results before relying on automated changes, and report errors to the administrator. Enabling the connection alone does not authorise customer messages, payments or financial transactions. Separate approval and configuration are needed for those operations.
Credentials and information
Users must keep credentials confidential, use approved credential storage and report suspected compromise promptly. Personal and business information must be handled according to the app’s privacy policy.
Availability and support
Availability depends on n8n, Intuit and the underlying hosting services. Processing may stop because of service outages, expired authorisation or configuration errors. Contact Info@asbtrailers.com.au for support. The integration does not replace human accounting review.
Ending access
ASB Trailers may disable workflows or revoke user access. An authorised administrator may disconnect the app in n8n or QuickBooks. Disconnecting stops future authorised access but does not reverse previous updates or automatically remove records in connected systems.
Changes and applicable rights
ASB Trailers should communicate material changes to authorised users before they take effect. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
