Who operates the app
PB Corporate Services Pty Ltd (ABN 48 607 308 832), trading as ASB Trailers, operates the ASB Trailers Interconnect App for its own internal business. The app is not offered to unrelated businesses. Privacy enquiries can be sent to Info@asbtrailers.com.au or 2/11 Lancaster Street, Ingleburn NSW.
Information handled
When an authorised administrator connects ASB Trailers’ QuickBooks Online company, enabled workflows may access business contact details, customer and supplier records, product and pricing records, estimates, invoices and related accounting references. The information actually used depends on which workflows ASB Trailers enables. Connection credentials and technical execution records are also needed to operate and troubleshoot the integration.
Information comes from the connected QuickBooks company and business systems deliberately connected by ASB Trailers. Intuit handles the QuickBooks sign-in. The integration uses OAuth credentials and does not request a QuickBooks password.
Purpose and access
The integration is intended to reduce manual entry, keep authorised business records consistent and identify processing errors. Access is limited to authorised people and service providers supporting these operations. QuickBooks data is not sold, used for unrelated advertising or made available to unrelated businesses.
No workflow is being enabled as part of this connection setup. Customer messaging, money transfers and automated accounting changes require separately configured workflows and appropriate business authorisation.
Service providers and location
The integration uses Intuit QuickBooks Online and ASB Trailers’ n8n installation, hosted on an OVHcloud server in Sydney, Australia. Intuit and OVHcloud operate internationally, and support or processing associated with those services may occur outside Australia, including in the United States. Their privacy notices describe their own handling of information. Any additional destination connected through a workflow will be assessed and, where appropriate, disclosed before that workflow is enabled.
Protection and retention
OAuth credentials are kept in n8n’s credential store. Access to the integration and its records is limited to authorised administrators and service providers supporting the integration. An earlier sandbox test saved execution results in n8n. That test workflow is now configured not to save results from future runs. ASB Trailers will review execution-data settings before enabling any production workflow that handles QuickBooks data.
ASB Trailers keeps integration records while they are needed to operate, troubleshoot or document the integration, and keeps underlying accounting records for applicable recordkeeping obligations. Historical execution results may remain until removed by the server’s configured pruning or manual deletion processes. Disconnecting the app stops future authorised access but does not automatically delete accounting records or copies already stored in other systems. Contact ASB Trailers about retention of a particular record or to request deletion where appropriate.
Access, correction and complaints
Contact Info@asbtrailers.com.au to request access to or correction of personal information, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. ASB Trailers may verify your identity before responding and will review the concern through its existing privacy-enquiry channel. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about Australian privacy rights and complaints.
Disconnecting and changes
An authorised administrator can manage the connection through n8n’s Credentials page or the connected-app controls in QuickBooks. This policy will be updated before material changes to the integration’s information handling practices.
