Trailer Repairs in Ingleburn

Has a trailer ramp been damaged, a hinge broken or a weld cracked? ASB Trailers assesses suitable trailer repairs at our Ingleburn workshop, including fabrication and welding work on damaged components, frames and mounting points. A small repair is worth asking about; the condition and purpose of the affected part determine what is appropriate.

We are a trailer manufacturer and licensed fabricator serving customers across South-West Sydney. Send photos of the whole trailer and the damaged area, along with its approximate size and a description of the problem. We can review whether the repair suits the workshop and discuss any inspection needed before deciding on the scope of work.

Trailer repair work we can assess

  • Damaged trailer ramps and their fabricated components.
  • Broken hinges, brackets and equipment mounts.
  • Cracked welds and suitable damaged frame sections.
  • Worn mounting points and supports.
  • Rust-damaged fabricated sections where repair is appropriate.
  • Suitable trailer chassis repairs, subject to inspection.
  • Replacement fabricated components where repair is not the right approach.

ASB’s completed trailer work also includes axle replacements. If your enquiry involves an axle, send the trailer details and explain the issue so we can discuss the particular job.

The visible damage may not be the whole job

A crack or bent component needs to be considered alongside the surrounding material, mounting arrangement and how the trailer is used. Tell us about previous repairs, recurring damage or any change in what you carry.

Depending on the assessment, the appropriate work may involve repair, reinforcement or replacement. Some chassis or other safety-critical work may need specialist input. We cannot confirm repair suitability or the scope of hidden damage from photos alone.

Repair work or a change to your trailer?

If the aim is to address something damaged, start here. If you want to add equipment mounts, change the internal layout, fit storage or adapt the trailer for a different use, see Trailer Modifications.

A job may involve both. Explain the repair and the proposed change together so we can assess the full request.

What to send with your enquiry?

Include an overall photo of the trailer, close-ups of the damage and photos showing the surrounding area. Add the make or model if known, approximate size, identification plate details where relevant, and your required timeframe.

We review suitability and discuss an inspection where needed. Repair pricing depends on the damage, access, preparation, parts, materials and agreed work. An inspection may be needed before a fixed quote is possible.

Arrange your workshop visit

Our workshop is at 2/11 Lancaster Street, Ingleburn NSW. Trailer repairs are performed here; we do not offer mobile welding. Contact us before bringing the trailer in. A photo enquiry does not establish whether a damaged trailer is suitable to tow.
